Responsibilities

Identify productivity and process improvement opportunities through data analysis and actionable recommendations
Conduct DC observations, understand current operations, and collaborate with subject matter experts and site-level teams
Engage frequently with stakeholders across supply chain, quality, operations and/or other parties for problem solving
Design solutions for production tracking, quality management, supporting continuous improvement and lean operation initiatives
Develop and lead robust project plans with clear milestones and timelines using an industrial engineering mindset
Lead supply chain improvement initiatives through cross-functional projects
Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to maintain project timelines
Conduct work sampling, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and cost/benefit analysis to support decision-making
Ensure successful transition of project ownership to operational teams’ post-implementation
Design tools, reports, and documentation to track and sustain desired long-term results

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar area of study
4–8 years of experience in process and material handling system design, work measurement, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and project implementation and automation
Proficiency in work measurement methodologies (especially time studies) and best methods development
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Project Management certification preferred
