ASCENT Sr. IT Project Manager
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is a national leader in patient care, medical education, and health services research. They are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to implement information-based solutions for the ASCENT Consortium, focusing on database building, data analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities
Manage IT and software-related projects supporting operations
Oversee application support initiatives, system enhancements, service improvements, and training
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
Assist with software support (Airtable or similar software) and coordination of the ASCENT lab including but not limited to tracking consultants and requests
Create workspaces (e.g., sheets/reports/dashboards/interfaces) to assist with reporting requirements
Build workflows and automations in Asana to support the ASCENT Consortium activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Two (2) years of professional experience in project management using digital operations platforms
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficiency in data management tools
Adept at identifying needs, analyzing efficient approaches, and implementing tailored technology solutions
Excited about learning new technologies and applying them in a fast-changing environment
Preferred
Experience with collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Database and data management expertise using Airtable
Experience with Asana for tracking team tasks
Experience with scheduling (i.e. Outlook, Calendly, and other similar software)
Experience with project management software (i.e. Asana, Smartsheet)
