Property Maintenance Leader
Monte Christo Communities is a rapidly growing property management company focused on building the best mobile home and RV communities in the West. The Property Maintenance Leader will support two mobile home communities by performing various maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities
Support two mobile home community in Eureka and Fortuna by performing unit turns and work orders
Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs
Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, change brakers/fuses, and complete similar electrical tasks
Pressure washing
Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing
Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
Run errands to get maintenance supplies or equipment
Qualification
Required
1+ year of property maintenance experience
Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds
Basic computer knowledge
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass background and drug screening
