Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning model with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances learner engagement and outcomes
Personally coaching a small group of learners, demonstrating advanced motivation and coaching techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems
Robust leadership and mentoring capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
Direct experience working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement
Ability to work on-site in Spotswood, NJ or Atlanta, GA
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
