Responsibilities

Process cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers and members

Field phone calls from lenders, agents, brokers and members regarding cancellations

Manage email inquiries from lenders, agents and members

Accurately process a high volume of cancellations utilizing the appropriate application form numbers

Follow specific requirements regarding necessary backup and documentation for cancellation requests

Follow all procedures regarding document archiving for cancellation requests

Provide written communications to lenders, members, agents and brokers in a very professional manner

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

Assisting the data entry team with the keying of paper applications into the Affinity database

Assisting with adhoc projects when needed

Required

High School Diploma, some college preferred

The ability to follow instructions and documented processes effectively

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and Spanish

Proficient computer skills: must have working knowledge of Excel and Word

Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Ability to identify discrepancies and take initiative to research variances and correct
