Maintain the emotional and social wellbeing of residents
Interact with and provide companionship to residents
Encourage residents to participate in activities
Assist with scheduling movies, planning parties, and organizing games and crafts
Accompany residents on activities outside of the facility
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a tenth (10th) grade education
Preferred
Prior Activity Aide experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
