New Grad, Entry LevelGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems has an opening for a Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) Engineer - Class of 2026 to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The position provides an opportunity to develop and advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services, involving collaborative design and production of state-of-the-art products. MLP Engineers will work in various facets of manufacturing and pursue a company-paid Master's degree while enhancing their skills among a talented team.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the methods, operation sequences and processes used in General Dynamics Mission Systems production
Fabricate parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
Estimate manufacturing costs, determine project time standards, and recommend tools and processes for new and existing product lines
Provide guidance to fellow engineers to enhance organizational design concepts and manufacturing techniques
Practice creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers' changing business needs
Support and engage in programs, projects and practices behind the GDMS culture and strategy, and comply with all policies and procedures
Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure GDMS services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required
Department of Defense secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
GPA 3.2 (minimum); Preference for 3.6
