Client Service Representative
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is a highly professional and driven individual. In this role, you will manage client communications, support client development, and improve processes while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client communications, including professional inbound and outbound contact with existing and potential clients. About 40+ inbound calls daily
Utilize technological platforms such as Google Suite (Gmail, Drive), Microsoft Office, and Salesforce to organize workflows and correspondence efficiently
Respond to emails, correspondence, and requests promptly, while prioritizing tasks as necessary
Keep the manager informed of substantial process changes or opportunities for improvement
Inspire confidence and trust in clients by delivering courteous and professional touchpoints, from welcoming conversations to training confirmations and courtesy calls
Actively support client development by fostering their ability to utilize training and resources effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce is a strong plus
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, troubleshoot, and develop efficient workflows
Customer service experience with a consistent record of delivering exceptional, client-focused interactions
Results-oriented, with a commitment to improving systems and processes to enhance performance and outcomes
Strong execution skills with a commitment to following tasks through to completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
