Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems
Support system security and compliance efforts by following industry best practices
Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed
Help administer enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms
Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments
Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations
Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related queries
Collaborate with vendors and service providers under senior IT team supervision
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking protocols, and cloud services
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
