Responsibilities
Manage electrical construction projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
Interpret and administer contract documents, plans, permits, and technical requirements
Lead project planning, cost control, forecasting, and change management
Coordinate with owners, engineers, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
Oversee procurement and material planning to support field productivity
Track project performance using EVM and disciplined project controls
Enforce jobsite safety standards and documentation
Prepare clear project reporting including progress, cost-to-complete, risks, and action plans
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing electrical construction projects in industrial and/or water treatment sectors
Track record of leading complex projects, ideally $10M–$20M in scope
Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and project controls
Excellent contract comprehension, scheduling, and cost management skills
Confident communicator capable of leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams accountable
