Responsibilities
Issues count request for all direct inventory of incoming material
Does root cause analysis of count discrepancies
Reconciles discrepancies in count with Mach 1 and MRC records
Does root cause analysis of any shipping discrepancies
Works with suppliers on required documents (ASN's, packing lists, etc.)
Moves incoming material to inventory locations
Monitors and manages customer demand
Maintains all required shipping metrics on facility performance
Fields all calls regarding customer shipping grief and customer order status
Communicates customer issues to the appropriate contact and follows up to ensure acceptable resolution has been reached
Communicates with Logistics team members any customer expectation requests and special orders
Updates and creates customer information in SAP/Mach 1 system
Creates and manages customs and shipping documents and Bills of Lading
Manages the purchase of shipping and packing materials
Willing to cross train in Logistics department
Must have a working knowledge of Mach 1 / SAP / MRC connect

Working knowledge of Mach 1 / SAP / MRC connect
Prior use of software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to understand the interrelationships of GHA processes
Demonstrate the ability to be a team player
Can be counted on to work when needed
Dependable, self-starter, responsible for initiating, controlling and concluding job tasks
Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of GHA employees
Must be able to understand the role of a service organization
Attention to quality in their own work and the work of others
