Responsibilities

Facilitating Workshops: Create and deliver workshops that prompt students to think, "I never knew I was capable of this!" You'll teach practical competencies—from public speaking to entrepreneurship—that energize and empower
Conducting daily Motivation Sessions: Begin each day by guiding students to establish ambitious goals and cultivate the mindset necessary to achieve them
Driving student achievement: Apply established frameworks to ensure each student reaches challenging academic and personal benchmarks
Developing personalized motivational approaches: Collaborate with students to craft reward systems and incentives that foster internally driven excellence

Required
