InternRehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Technical Support Intern to support their innovative Vision Object Recognition and smart-enabled lift solutions. This full-time, hybrid summer internship offers hands-on experience working with both software and hardware, collaborating with the Delivery Solutions Support Team to enhance supply chain and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot customer data and software-related issues
Assist with basic hardware troubleshooting
Support communication layer issues (cellular, Wi-Fi, and networking)
Use SQL queries to research and resolve common technical problems
Install and configure device firmware and software
Assist with system setup, data loads, and API configurations
Monitor daily files, review product SKU lists, and identify exceptions
Participate in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate software deployments and updates
Review daily system health metrics and KPIs to identify trends
Create, track, and resolve customer cases in Salesforce Service Cloud
Gain exposure to Salesforce modules such as Asset Management, Knowledge, and Case Management
Create knowledge-base documentation for internal teams and customers
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Exposure to SQL Server or database technologies is a plus
