Responsibilities
Partner with HR and Business Leaders:
Serve as a strategic advisor and primary contact to Market Segment HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, assessing business needs and recommending tailored talent and development solutions
Guide the implementation and execution of core talent infrastructure (e.g., Career Development, Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Succession Planning), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful execution of key initiatives
Consult and advise on customized development strategies and coaching frameworks that accelerate capability building and are aligned to business priorities
Support the execution of Talent Reviews and Succession Planning, offering training, insights, and best practices to strengthen leadership pipelines
Influence business leaders on talent priorities, advising on strategies that drive ownership and accountability for workforce development
Champion Talent Strategy
Drive execution of talent and organizational development initiatives tailored to market needs and aligned with the corporate talent strategy
Leverage data and analytics to shape leadership development strategies, proactively identifying opportunities based on business priorities
Oversee the identification and development of high-potential talent, advising on targeted growth opportunities to strengthen development planning and leadership readiness
Continuous Improvement
Monitor internal and external talent trends and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to provide insights and drive continuous improvement of talent and development programs
Leverage insights that identify opportunities to streamline talent processes, improve data quality, and enhance the user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience
Preferred
8 years Of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development or related discipline
