Responsibilities
Collaborate within the central Test Management team to establish enterprise-level SAP test strategies, methodologies, and approaches for both functional and non-functional test automation
Engage closely with Project Managers to effectively manage test scope, estimate costs and efforts, handle risks, and provide periodic progress reports, highlighting challenges and proposing potential solutions to senior management
Plan, manage, and coordinate test management activities for the S4 HANA Migration Project across various SAP streams such as Sales and Distribution, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics, Security, and Demand Chain, ensuring successful project completion
Provide guidance to deployment teams on developing test cases, identifying test needs, and troubleshooting issues, supporting them throughout the testing process
Act as the main point of contact for deployment teams, channeling testing requests to relevant teams and departments to ensure efficient coordination
Understand the unique challenges associated with SAP testing and collaborate with the Central Test Management team to develop and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate testing activities and synchronize efforts across multiple SAP deployment projects
Ensure adherence to standardized testing approaches and best practices
Support the central test management group in exploring new aspects of testing, such as automation and non-functional testing, and contribute to solutioning in these areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the overall software test life cycle
More than 10 years of experience in SAP Test Management or coordination, preferably with SAP Solution Manager for S4/HANA
Strong organizational and project management experience
Working experience with various S4/HANA functionalities and SAP Modules such as SD, MM, WM, and FICO
Good to have experience in SAP test automation and relevant frameworks and tools like TOSCA, UFT, and SAP TAO
ISTQB certification or other equivalent certifications in the field of quality assurance
Experience working in a co-located team, with a willingness to travel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Additional professional certifications in project management or related fields
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies
