Responsibilities
Lead the recreation and modernization of dashboards and reports, ensuring functional parity and improved performance
Analyze existing reports and dashboards to understand logic, calculations, and data sources
Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure reporting accuracy
Design and develop clear, intuitive dashboards that support decision-making
Validate data accuracy through reconciliation and testing against legacy reports
Document report logic, data definitions, and assumptions for long-term maintainability
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, usability, and performance
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollouts
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or reporting analytics roles
A bachelor's degree within a related field
Proven experience recreating or migrating dashboards and reports across BI platforms
Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with structured datasets
Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SSRS, or similar)
Solid understanding of data models, metrics, and KPI definitions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willing and Eligible to obtain a clearance
Preferred
Experience with report migrations as part of system modernization or platform changes
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Knowledge of data governance, documentation, and reporting standards
