Responsibilities
Develop and review Product Development Process (PDP) deliverables
Review and approve R&D engineering protocol reports
Develop risk management documentation (e.g., DFMEA) in collaboration with SMEs
Support and provide guidance on validation activities
Support quality documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
Support root cause investigations and closure of non-conformances (NCs) and CAPAs
Review and approve Change Orders (CR/CN)
Support design enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Interpret new and upcoming quality and regulatory requirements and provide guidance to teams
Collaborate with cross-functional and internal teams to create and deliver project deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in design quality, R&D quality, or product development quality roles
Strong experience in medical device regulations and design controls
Hands-on experience supporting new product development (NPD) methodologies
Experience with risk management and DFMEA
Experience supporting validation and quality documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures
