Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across residential HVAC/R systems
Perform HVAC repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and HVAC maintenance
Support HVAC service & installation projects with craftsmanship and safety
Apply expert electrical troubleshooting and refrigerant handling
Educate homeowners and present options with confidence; leverage your sales acumen
Qualification
Required
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Proven leadership and customer-first mindset
EPA certification; completion of an HVAC training program
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work in extreme temperatures and at heights
Lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency with a smartphone and tablet
Preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan
Journeyman's License and/or OSHA 10-Hour Certification
Exposure to outside sales
