Responsibilities
Engage in the hands-on building, testing, and scaling of composite parts for aerospace and defense applications
Collaborate with senior engineers to address and solve complex manufacturing challenges
Document issues and devise solutions to enhance manufacturing processes
Conduct testing protocols to ensure parts meet rigorous aerospace and defense specifications
Continuously iterate new part designs to validate their performance and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience
Experience in composite manufacturing and design
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit
Ability to adapt and learn from constructive feedback
Preferred
Experience with CNC or manual machining
Proficiency in hydraulic or high-tonnage press operations
Familiarity with injection molding or resin transfer molding
Knowledge of vacuum bagging and autoclave processes
Exposure to additive manufacturing techniques
