Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the stem cell and cellular therapy program
Lead operational, financial, and quality performance across the department
Oversee daily operations, budgeting, cost management, and program development initiatives
Partner closely with Finance on budget planning, financial reporting, cost analysis, and transplant contract management
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators aligned with organizational priorities
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to advance program goals
Provide leadership for a team of approximately five FTEs, with direct reports subject to change based on program needs
Recruit, mentor, and develop staff as needed, ensuring productivity and performance expectations are met
Ensure excellence in quality oversight, data management, and reporting
Maintain continuous readiness and compliance with Joint Commission, FACT, and FDA standards
Serve as a key liaison with the Cell Therapy Collection and Processing Laboratory

Required

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in oncology or stem cell transplant programs
Experience with CAR T cell therapy required
At least 3 years of leadership or program coordination experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Preferred

RN preferred but not required
Preferred certifications include BMTCM, CCTN, or OCN
