HR Data Analyst
The LDM Group LLC is an 8(a) Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, seeking a Data Analyst to support federal workforce planning and talent management initiatives. The role involves providing analytical support, data visualization, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions in workforce planning and training.

Responsibilities
Analyze workforce data to support strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and competency analysis
Support workload analyses, workforce distribution assessments, and trend analysis related to attrition, retirement, and staffing gaps
Validate, clean, and organize workforce datasets to ensure accuracy and usability
Support analysis of competency assessments, including the 2023 competency assessment and ED Data Competency Assessment
Assist in identifying competency gaps and workforce skills deficiencies
Support development of training needs assessments and data inputs for training identification and guidance tools
Develop data tables, dashboards, and visualizations to support workforce planning decisions
Prepare analytical summaries and reports for Government stakeholders and leadership
Support updates to workforce plans, succession plans, and training resource lists
Work collaboratively with the Human Capital Workforce Planning Specialist/Consultant and Government stakeholders
Support documentation and data inputs for workforce planning maturity model activities
Perform other related analytical tasks as required to support contract objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, Public Policy, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting data analysis for federal programs, workforce planning, or human capital initiatives
Experience working with workforce data, HR datasets, or personnel systems
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
