Responsibilities
Set up Machines For Production, Including Programming to Ensuring All Steps Are Met For Accuracy
Run Test Sample & Measure Using Calipers & Micrometers Before a Full Production Run
Load & Unload Raw Materials (Steel or Aluminum), Verifying Final Product Meets Quality Standards
Follow Blueprints & or Drawings to Perform Precise Measurements & Cuts
Adjust Settings & Verify All Measurements Are Accurate to Troubleshoot Machine Issues
Follow Daily Routine Maintenance Checklist by Cleaning, Organizing, & Ensuring Machines Are Functioning as Expected
Report Any Issues to Supervisor
Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
2+ Years of CNC Plasma Operator/Metal Fabrication Experience
Must be Able to Read Blueprints & or Drawings
Must be Familiar With Using Tools to Perform Daily Work Including Micrometers & Calipers
Excellent Problem Solving & Organizational Skills Required
Must be Able to Lift up to 50lbs
Demonstrates Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
Must be 18+ Years Old
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S
