Responsibilities

Lead integration of Common Ground Enterprise (CGE) mission-unique software supporting Ground Resource Management (GRM) and Network Management (NM) capabilities
Perform system level integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) across mission subsystems
Support integration and testing of Ground Resource Management (GRM), Network Management (NM), Command and Control (C2), Flight Dynamics (FD), Planning & Scheduling (P&S), Mission Planning (MP), and Fire Control Element (FCE) systems
Develop and execute system-level test procedures, including requirements verification and system validation
Support NM tool monitoring, detection, and GRM interface validation between Mission Operations Centers (MOCs), antennas, and antenna service providers
Support integration of antenna build out, operations, and interfaces, including Ground Entry Point (GEP) as a service
Develop and execute automated test scripts supporting NM and GRM capabilities
Collaborate closely with systems engineering, software, and integration teams in lab and operational environments
Maintain end to end ownership of test and system engineering activities from concept through deployment and sustainment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within secure facilities
Experience with system testing, integration, and validation
Knowledge of network management, ground systems, or aerospace systems

Preferred

Agile development experience
Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
Experience with NM and GRM platforms or Common Ground Enterprise systems
Experience with automated testing or scripting (Python preferred)
Experience with RF, antenna systems, or mission operations environments
Experience with cloud, Kubernetes, or microservices environments
