In this role, you will be responsible for fielding calls and assisting customers with eCommerce orders, ensuring a high level of customer service and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

Field incoming sales and service calls regarding eCommerce orders for boxes, moving supplies, and hitches – this includes phone, email, and live chat communications
Assist customers and U-Haul dealers with placing retail orders as well as any issues/questions/concerns they may have regarding existing orders
Communicate with our fulfillment warehouses and vendors to ensure order accuracy and to resolve any order discrepancies
Provide customer service to U-Haul dealers and retail customers alike
Assist Web Sales Program Manager regarding web orders and products

Qualification

Required

2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with a wide variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and proactive

Work well in groups and individually
Must be able to multi-task
