Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the network engineering team, setting objectives and priorities to enhance network performance, reliability and resilience
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with business goals and drive innovation in network solutions
Partner with our cyber security teams to ensure the highest level of security on our network
Drive solution engineering projects to improve data movement performance for large data sets in our product engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
8 or more years of progressive experience in network engineering and IT leadership roles, including 5 or more years in a senior leadership capacity
Proven expertise in designing and managing complex network infrastructures
Strong knowledge of network security protocols, performance optimization, and emerging technologies
Experience with network management tools and technologies, including SD-WAN, firewalls, and routing protocols
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within network engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Passion for mentoring and developing talent in the network engineering space
