Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day high-voltage lab operations, safety, and quality
Lead and mentor a skilled technical team
Oversee and perform electrical testing per industry and customer requirements
Communicate test procedures and results to internal teams and customers
Maintain testing protocols, calibration, and QA processes
Prepare technical reports and support audits/inspections
Partner with Engineering/R&D on testing and product development

Required

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

Master's in Electrical Engineering
Experience with SAP
