Sr. Digital Designer

Callaway Golf Sales Company is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to support the OGIO brand as part of the Callaway Golf Interactive team. In this role, you will lead digital design execution, focusing on ecommerce and brand storytelling, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to create user-focused experiences that drive conversion.

Responsibilities

Create polished design for new launches, product updates (colors/features), and promos across web, email, paid social, and retail/print
Design landing and campaign pages that feel on-brand, support product storytelling, and hit business goals
Build full email campaigns from concept to launch, including modules, layout, revisions, and launch-readiness support
Keep OGIO digital creative consistent across touchpoints, making sure every asset follows brand standards and campaign direction
Retouch product photography, and resize/optimize imagery for web and print
Create and maintain SVG vector assets for the Customs personalization program
QA assets to ensure correct details, brand alignment, and strong desktop/mobile presentation
Use AI tools when helpful to speed production, while protecting product accuracy, business needs, and quality
Own tasks start to finish, proactively flag risks/blockers, and share status without needing reminders
Join ideation and design reviews, share work early, and iterate based on feedback with a collaborative, coachable mindset
Work with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Photo teams to align creative to priorities and timelines
Help define and maintain OGIO digital design standards, including templates, component usage, and file organization to improve speed and consistency
Produce catalog layouts and retail display print materials as needed

Required

Excellent graphic design skills with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of digital work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign)
Mastery of web design tools like Figma or Sketch for prototyping and wireframing
Deep understanding of responsive web design principles, including mobile-first design
Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketing creative needs, with the ability to translate business goals into effective assets
Strong QA mindset, with the ability to catch layout, content, and brand issues before launch
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure, shifting priorities, and fast turnarounds
Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, and comfort working independently in a cross-functional environment
Able to adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities while maintaining quality
BA/BS Bachelor's degree in design or related field
5–7 years of professional experience in web design, focusing on ecommerce platforms and digital campaign execution
Digital agency, lifestyle, or tech experience, preferred

Preferred

Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript to bridge design and development teams. (collaboration and handoff knowledge; not a front-end developer role)
Lifestyle brand experience (travel, bags, outdoor, apparel)
Basic motion graphics for social (simple animations)
