Responsibilities
Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at an elite performance standard
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, effective learning activity design, and solutions to common obstacles
Delivering consistent, results-focused feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and learning outcomes
Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentorship techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of Alpha's Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or closely related areas
Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curriculum projects, or training systems
Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities with experience building, leading, and energizing high-performing teams
Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
Legal authorization to work in the United States
