Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP ERP modules
Support other system development activities
Participate in testing activities, including functional unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document business processes
Help troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues
Identify process related improvement opportunities and propose / recommend solution approaches
Contribute to the development of training materials and user documentation
Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks
Performs other duties as assigned
Supports the organization's quality program(s)

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
Familiarity with business processes and project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior in a degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university is required
Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 or equivalent is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and/or database management is a plus
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
