Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables are met
Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk registers
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders
Drive project execution in alignment with PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting expectations
Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
Identify risks and issues early and drive mitigation plans to resolution
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accountability and timely delivery
Facilitate project governance activities including status reviews, steering meetings, and milestone checkpoints
As a Project Manager, you will track and report on project health, budget considerations, and delivery metrics
Ensure change control processes are followed and impacts are communicated appropriately
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience working within a PMO-led environment or under formal project governance
Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
Demonstrated experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery
Ability to work independently and maintain control across complex project landscapes
Preferred
PMO background strongly preferred
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Exposure to portfolio-level reporting and governance processes
PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
Experience with MVMO methodologies is a plus
