Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation supporting a tolling industry client
Design and oversee the system architecture process, including defining specifications and implementing customizations aligned with business needs
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions following industry best practices and coding standards
Deliver tailored technology demonstrations to stakeholders, clearly communicating how proposed solutions address business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across systems and workstreams
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Hands-on involvement in a minimum of two end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations in a senior technical capacity
Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, plugin development, and integration patterns
Experience working within government, public-sector, or large enterprise environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (e.g., MB-600, PL-600)
Experience in the tolling, transportation, or infrastructure sector
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices as they relate to Dynamics 365 deployments
