Responsibilities
Develop agentic workflows and automations using Python ADK
Build and enhance Google Dialog flow–based deterministic flows for contact center agents
Implement Genai enabled features that support agent productivity and automation
Integrate Dialog flow and Python services with internal systems and vendor platforms
Build backend services and micro capabilities that support task execution and orchestration
Work with data sources, caching layers, and vector databases as part of GenAI solutions
Collaborate closely with adjacent engineering teams (Java fullstack teams)
Participate in technical discussions and explain design decisions and tradeoffs
Deliver production ready code with a focus on reliability and scalability
Qualification
Required
Python development experience
Hands on experience with Python ADK (Agent Development Kit)
Experience with Google Dialog flow and Deterministic flow generation
Experience working on Agent orchestration for contact center use cases
Experience working with GenAI / agentic systems
Exposure to: Vector databases, Caching services and AI platforms such as Vertex AI (or equivalent exposure)
Experience building real, production engineering solutions
