Preparing documents for scanning
Conducting quality control checks
Maintaining scanning equipment
Indexing data
Converting documents for import
Assisting with offsite storage preparations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and willing to learn new technologies
Must be able to lift 30lb boxes overhead to place on shelves
Must be able to provide continuous improvement by analyzing problems, communicating findings, making recommendations, and implementing the solution
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Must be dependable
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work as part of a team in a service-oriented environment
Must maintain a professional pleasant manner when interacting with clients and coworkers
Preferred
Experience with document capture software (Kofax or DataCap)
