Cool Today is currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. The role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Responsibilities

Picking, stocking, and receiving
Cycle count and manage inventory across the warehouse and fleet vehicles
Staging orders, and preparing for technicians’ material needs
Ordering parts, and managing warranty claims from vendors
Run parts from warehouse or vendor to job site in a company vehicle
Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

Warehouse experienceForklift licenseHVAC knowledgePlumbing knowledgeElectrical knowledgeService Titan experienceBasic computer skillsLift 40+ poundsOrganizational skillsTime management skills

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience
Ability to drive company vehicles
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift 40+ pounds
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to travel to various warehouses as needed

Preferred

Knowledge or working experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Filtration
Current forklift license
Service Titan Experience
Understanding of basic computer skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Internet browsing
