Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and purchasing controls
Review vendor ageing and manage payment submissions through banking portals
Manage procurement lifecycle including sourcing, vendor negotiations, contracts, rebates, and sponsorship programmes
Maintain preferred supplier lists and monitor vendor performance
Support budgeting, cost tracking, inventory reviews, and month-end financial processes
Prepare cost and purchasing reports to support operational and leadership decision-making
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement of purchasing and finance processes
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Support procurement and finance operations using ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in finance, purchasing, procurement, or accounts payable roles, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or high-volume operational environments
Experience managing vendor contracts, purchasing processes, and payment workflows
Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills
Proven experience supporting budgeting, cost control, or financial reporting processes
Proficiency in Excel and financial or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor relationship management capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environment
