Responsibilities
Develop and execute a proactive investor relations and fundraising strategy
Source new investors through research-driven outreach in wealth channels
Build and lead a high-performing investor relations team
Support the development and management of an evergreen fund structure
Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, consultants, and advisors
Host investor meetings and maintain ongoing communications
Provide management with information regarding current market conditions, including supply, demand and competitor activity
Perform other duties or projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably within real estate or alternative investment funds
Proven track record in real estate fundraising and capital sourcing
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and secure new investors
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Strong background in real estate financial modeling, with experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or real estate investment sales
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Highly proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
