Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and support to customers, recommending suitable solutions that align with their requirements & needs
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our offerings
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their pain points and offering customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to automotive plastics. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the automotive industry, specifically focusing on plastic exterior and interior components. Initiate discussions to understand customer needs, project requirements, and challenges
Nurture long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent technical support. Proactively address customer concerns, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth communication between the customer and internal teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of automotive plastic materials, injection molding processes, manufacturing processes, surface treatment processes, industry standards and related technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships, with a consultative and customer-centric approach
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Develop and implement effective strategies to establish relationship with engineers, purchasing, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations
Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events (estimated up to 50%)
