Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Rincon’s learning and development programs
Partner with leaders to assess development needs using performance trends, feedback, and organizational priorities
Manage mid-to-large scale programs from planning through implementation and continuous improvement
Build and scale leadership development, including front-line supervisor training and leader enablement resources
Design and launch a firmwide skills capability, and competency framework to support development of learning materials
Develop career track and growth programs tied to competencies and clear learning pathways
Define learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness/ROI, and improve outcomes using data
Lead and develop a small team through coaching, direction, and quality oversight

Required

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or organizational development
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs with strong project management discipline and follow-through
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and learning consulting capabilities
Experience applying adult learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, competency-based design)
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements
A proactive, hands-on, solutions-oriented style with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with an LMS

Preferred

Master's preferred in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field
Additional experience leading large-scale programs strongly preferred
Cornerstone preferred
Comfort with learning and project tools (e.g., Smartsheet/MS Project; Articulate/Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond preferred)
