Assist FTE engineers with capital projects and day-to-day engineering tasks
Work on instrumentation, bioreactor suites, and detailed design activities
Collaborate with manufacturing, automation, and process teams
Manage multiple priorities while working independently with minimal guidance
Identify gaps and proactively support project needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of pharmaceutical engineering experience
Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred), Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field
Experience supporting large-scale capital projects in pharma or life sciences
Strong ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
