Responsibilities

Facilitate alignment on daily engineering tasks and deliverables
Oversee project direction, ensuring development stays on track and meets market expectations
Maintain updated project schedules and ensure timely execution to align with retailer requirements
Keep global teams informed about project status, risks, and critical issues
Lead internal team meetings, establish clear project plans, and track technical challenges using project management tools
Support ongoing improvements for existing products and prepare updates for senior leadership

Required

Background in engineering with 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management or an engineering role (project management preferred)
Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical teams
Experience managing projects from conception to completion, ideally within consumer products or manufacturing
Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
Hands-on approach with a keen understanding of manufacturing processes and limitations
Experience collaborating with international teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with SolidWorks or CREO is a plus
Budget management experience is beneficial but not required
