Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, commissioning, and qualification of DeltaV DCS solutions
Work with engineers and designers to deliver state-of-the-art control systems
Develop lifecycle documentation, control architecture, electrical panels, and wiring drawings in compliance with GMP standards
Redline and maintain P&ID documentation
Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning
Lead and coordinate project teams of engineers and technicians
Mentor junior engineers and support skill development
Develop and maintain engineering standards to improve project execution efficiency
Provide technical sales support to the business development team
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS (current, production-level experience required)
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Technology
2–8 years of automation or control systems experience
Strong knowledge of control system design, configuration, and coding
Experience with GMP-regulated environments and lifecycle documentation
Ability to lead and mentor engineers and technicians
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
