Responsibilities
Support presales and delivery of Microsoft-based AI solutions, primarily intended for workflow automation
Conduct AI envisioning workshops to educate clients and solicit use cases for process automation with Microsoft AI
Design and implement client solutions as part of billable roles
Qualification
Required
5 years minimum experience in business and technology consulting for a Microsoft alliance partner
5 years minimum experience architecting solutions based on Microsoft Modern Work (SharePoint, Teams, M365 Copilot) and Microsoft Business Applications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
2 years experience designing process automation solutions leveraging Microsoft's Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry
Strong familiarity with additional Microsoft AI platforms, including Fabric Data Agents, SharePoint Agents, and GitHub Copilot. Able to give first-hand examples of uses for each
Experienced assisting clients to set up AI related centers of excellence to ensure adoption and governance of related platforms
Strong written and verbal communications
Comfortable and effective developing and leading workshops, demos, and training with virtual and physical client audiences
Relevant Microsoft certifications for Microsoft AI, Business Applications, Modern Work and Azure
Preferred
Published case studies of Microsoft-based customer solutions
Regular speaker/presenter in Microsoft business applications related conferences and communities
Strong online presence and following on relevant platforms and related technical subjects (e.g., LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
