Responsibilities

Lead complex analytical problem‑solving efforts across diverse modalities in late discovery stage to influence molecular design and development strategies
Develop, implement, and troubleshoot advanced analytical methods (e.g., liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, ion chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and two-dimensional techniques)
Drive innovation in separation science and high‑resolution mass spectrometry and explore new measurement technologies to accelerate decision‑making
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, foster partnerships with discovery groups, and contribute to organizational goals
Promote a culture of learning and innovation
Ensure high standards of data integrity and documentation

Qualification

Required

Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field / or MS in Analytical Chemistry or related field with 7+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
Demonstrated leadership in applying advanced analytical tools to support discovery and development of a wide range of modalities
Strong background and extensive hands-on experience in separation sciences and mass spectrometry of a wide range of modalities
Demonstrated scientific ability through publications in peer reviewed journals and presentations in scientific conferences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver complex objectives under challenging timelines in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional interactions

Preferred

Knowledge of biochemistry and organic chemistry
Experience with electronic laboratory notebook applications and good documentation practices
