They are seeking a motivated and analytical Program Operations Intern to support client-focused operations, gaining exposure to Last Mile Rental, Commercial Programs, and Data/Analytics during a 12–16-week summer internship.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Program Operations activities for Client programs
Track, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs
Assist with program reporting, dashboards, and presentations
Document operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Client initiatives
Gain exposure to Last Mile Rental and Commercial Programs/Data Analytics projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, MIS, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in Smartsheet
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Exposure to SQL or data analytics coursework
Interest in logistics, fleet management, or operations
