Oversee the online testing process for school and homeschool customers
Assist and train online testing administrators
Communicate with remote proctors (via phone and email)
Provide basic technical support by phone
Report issues to Riverside tech support
Qualification
Required
An applicant for a position in the Bob Jones University group — Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy or BJU Press — must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Each applicant must agree with and affirm the Bob Jones University creed, mission and core biblical doctrines regarding areas such as the Bible, the triune God, man and salvation, etc

Employees are to be active members of a local Bible-believing church which holds orthodox theology
Required Education: Bachelors
Required Experience: 3-4 years related experience
Supportive of homeschooling
Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
Strongly detail-oriented for reviewing schedules and personal customer data
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at managing multiple operations concurrently
Able to remain calm under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize
Ability to instruct customers
Comfortable with technology and independent problem-solving
Strong keyboarding skills with a high rate of accuracy
Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time
Occasionally bend, lift, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk
