Responsibilities
Answer calls and emails to document critical issues
Troubleshoot and assist with reported problems
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
Communicate progress and document issues
Deploy specialized applications for business units
Complete application testing and provide feedback
Analyze customer issues to identify trends
Build relationships with vendor support contacts
Manage AEC product licenses
Specify criteria for benchmarking hardware
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering or related field
4 years of experience in troubleshooting design application programs
Strong knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI, Revit
Exceptional customer service and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with product BETA programs
Knowledge of AEC industry improvements
Ability to interact professionally with customers
