Conduct thoughtful, professional outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, local connections)
Follow up consistently and reliably with leads and conversations
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for leadership
Research organizations and decision-makers before outreach
Maintain clean, accurate tracking in CRM / sales tools
Support proposal coordination and follow-ups
Assist with Hawaiʻi business relationship development and local outreach
Gradually support mainland opportunities as confidence grows
