Responsibilities
Own end-to-end engagement management for healthcare provider accounts
Lead and manage managed services delivery , including SLAs, KPIs, governance, and operational excellence
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership and executive stakeholders
Drive service delivery planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams and ensure alignment with engagement objectives
Oversee staffing, utilization, forecasting, and financial performance of the engagement
Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution
Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to support account growth
Prepare and present executive-level status reports, dashboards, and service reviews
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security standards, and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
20+ years of overall IT experience
Strong experience as an Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager / Program Manager
Proven background in Healthcare Provider domain (hospital systems, payer-provider environments, clinical operations, or healthcare IT services)
Extensive experience managing Managed Services engagements
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working with large, distributed onshore/offshore teams
Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
Preferred
Experience managing multi-million-dollar healthcare accounts
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
Strong leadership, decision-making, and escalation management capabilities
