Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 operational support for privileged management solutions (CyberArk, HashiCorp, PKI), including troubleshooting, break-fix support, bug resolution, hot fixes, secrets lifecycle management, and end-user support
Maintain operational integrity of privileged access management infrastructure through patching, version control, system upgrades, and alignment with security standards
Serve as a subject matter expert on secrets management and PAM architecture while enforcing security-as-code principles
Develop system enhancements to improve user experience and automated integrations
Design long-term solutions using innovative technologies, including AI-driven detection and remediation capabilities
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of authentication and authorization systems: Active Directory, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, AWS IAM, AppRole, Kubernetes, LDAPS, Kerberos, Certificates
Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems and CI/CD deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
Strong understanding of security architecture principles: confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, ADCS, HSMs, and PKI
Proficiency in scripting and development using GoLang, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and/or Terraform
Deep knowledge of privileged access management methodologies across on-prem and cloud environments
Background in security operations, development, engineering, or architecture
Experience supporting privileged access management and access control programs
Preferred
Exposure to AI coding agents such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI
