The Training and Development Manager leads the design and execution of learning initiatives, partnering with various stakeholders to develop training strategies and ensure compliance with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that align with organizational goals
Partner closely with Human Resources, educators, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to develop impactful training strategies
Manage program logistics and ensure a seamless learner experience from enrollment through completion
Lead the Education team to ensure compliance with audits and requirements to ensure organizational compliance with the PACE model and strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, in Human Resources, Education, Training & Development or similar
10+ years total experience in training, talent development, or instructional design, including content creation and program coordination, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and operational procedures
Proven ability to manage complex training initiatives, prioritize diverse tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams required)
Proficiency with learning technologies: Learning Management Systems (eg. Relias), analytics, AI-driven tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, learner-focused approach
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within decentralized teams
Skilled in identifying issues, solving problems, and making sound decisions to support learning outcomes
CPR Instructor Certification (can be obtained after hire). Valid PA Driver's License
